Sous la responsabilité de votre manager, vous serez chargé de la fabrication traditionnelle et du conditionnement d'une large gamme de pains, de viennoiseries et de la pâtisserie dans le respect des normes et règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire. Vous avez une expérience décennale, professionnel autonome, vous avez une parfaite connaissance des produits et des processus de fabrication. Vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire en artisanat. Vous êtes  impliqué/e  dans la gestion de l'activité. Titulaire du CAP et/ou BEP Boulangerie/ Pâtisserie. Le salaire sera négocié selon l'expérience.
